Cleaning Scope:
- Vacuuming of floor
- Mopping of floor
- Wiping of doors and gates
- Dirt & grime removal of window grills and metal frame
- Chemical washing of toilets
- Wiping of all mirrors & internal window glass
- Wiping of exterior and interior cabinets (if empty)
- Cleaning & degreasing of kitchen area including stove & hob, sink, countertops, washing machines, clothes dryer & refrigerator. Excluding utensils.
- Cleaning of all fans, lights excluding chandelier lightÂ

Is professional cleaning required at the end of the tenancy?
When you rent a house, it is your responsibility to take care of and maintain the property. As a good tenant, you should ensure a smooth handover to the landlord in the condition you have received it.
If you do not have time or experience deep cleaning spaces yourself, we can help you ease the stress of moving out before handing over the keys to the landlord.
What is Moving In/Out & End-of-Tenancy cleaning?
This typically refers to deep cleaning an empty apartment or house without any furniture. However, this does not include post-renovation cleaning as part of its scope.
